Jordan Myers is a Licensed Real Estate Consultant. Father of three children. A past Chairman of the Greater Palm Harbor Area Chamber of Commerce, the Founding Chairman of the Bay Area Young Professionals, sitting Board Member of Random Acts of Flowers, a Copperhead of Innisbrook, the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams Realty, 2016 Class of Leadership Pinellas, and the 2015-16 Palm Harbor Citizen of the Year. Helping people is Jordan’s number one priority, and he has an extensive Track Record in Real Estate.
Bill has lived in the Central Florida area since 1981. He was in the real estate business with his father in the mid-1980’s, and switched careers to the boat business in the mid 1990’s. Bill recently retired from the boat industry and has always had a passion to get back into the Commercial & real estate business. Having been in sales for a majority of his life, he is well versed in contract negotiation, marketing, and always offering the best possible service for his clients. He is a firm believer in Keller Williams core values which is why he joined the organization. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Teresa, boating, fishing, diving, networking, and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. He enjoys helping his clients achieve their dreams.

Gary A. Burden, has spent the past 20+ years in Banking, Real Estate, and as a small Business Owner. As a business owner for 6 years, Gary was the COO & Co-founder of a successful logistics and transportation consulting company headquartered in Atlanta. After selling his share of the company, he spent four years in Real Estate before accepting a management job in Banking. While in Banking, Gary specialized in helping business owners improve their cash-flow through treasury management solutions, advising on succession planning, reduced fees on deposits and originating business loans. Gary found a nitch banking with Manufacturing Facilities, Law Offices, Medical Practices, Real Estate & Title Companies.
These days, Gary provides Buyers and Sellers with representation of commercial properties, including Office, Warehouse/Industrial, Retail Shopping Centers, Vacant Land and Multi-Family projects of 5-25 units. Gary has held an active Florida Real Estate License since 2002 and is a member of the Pinellas Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors. Gary has lived in the Pasco/Pinellas County area since January 2002. Gary is a graduate of Reinhardt University/Georgia State with degrees in Natural Science & Criminal Sciences/Law.
